RecoverTech was born from the need to combine technical assistance for a wide variety of electronic equipment in one place. We have maintenance and repair services for computers and mobile phones of all makes and models, as well as repair and installation services for audio and image equipment.
Product Warranty and Maintenance
New equipment has a 2 (two) year warranty.
Refurbished equipment has a 1 (one) year warranty .
Consumables: batteries, chargers and quick-wear products. Parts / Spares for laptops, smartphones and tablets or repair parts have a 3 (three) month warranty.
Maintenance and Repair Services have a 30-day warranty.
Data Confidentiality
Following the handling of the equipment, RecoverTech may become aware of confidential information, so for the protection of Customers, RecoverTech is obliged to keep absolute confidentiality about that same information, except if it is of an illegal or criminal nature.
Budgets and equipment availability
If the equipment is not picked up by the customer within a maximum of 30 days after the date indicated, a fee of € 1 + VAT per day will be charged.
After 90 days, a final warning will be issued. If storage is not collected and paid for. all material will be considered abandoned and becomes the property of RecoverTech.
